Thanks so very much to all who sponsored and encouraged us this year in the Great Cycle Challenge. My husband rides tandem with me and this is our 3rd year to do the challenge. The first year we rode in honor of our son-n-law who is a survivor of childhood leukemia. Last year we rode in memory of one of my former students, Chalisa Smith and this year we rode in memory of my friend's daughter, Kami Nelson. We have been able to raise so far a total of $1,903.72 for the three years we have participated. We believe in this cause and so want to do what we can to help end childhood cancer. I pray for a cure and for all of those that are dealing with this awful disease. Again, thank you to all who sponsored us. The challenge is not over and we can still take donations.
